To ensure all our shops have genuinely handcrafted items that are handmade in Britain. This ensures both a positive shopping and selling environment.

Photos are vital when selling online and so clear, in focus photos are a key part of your shop becoming a success.

We have had years of experience helping small businesses in the UK be visible on social media. We built this platform to showcase them and are there to support them, every step of the way.

We take 7.2% commission (inc VAT) on each sale and Stripe (our payment processor) takes 1.4% (inc VAT) plus 20p per transaction. Since launching in 2019, all commission has been spent on paid advertising.

Buyer Questions

Any questions regarding a shop item should be made directly to the Seller. Go to the shop page and there is a “Contact Seller” button.

After your item is added to your basket you will be asked to add your address to know which country you are in and what shipping options to offer you. You will then be taken to the payment page where you enter your payment details.

For delivery and dispatch times please refer to the individual shop policies.

You may be required to pay customs/import duties/ taxes upon delivery according to the laws of your country. Please check your country’s threshold prior to purchase.

If you are unsure, please contact the seller directly from the “Ask a Question” button in their shop.

Many items on TBCH are made to order, just for you, and can take up to a few weeks to make. Please check you are happy with the dispatch times before ordering.  Also be aware that dispatch times for these items may increase during seasonal busy periods.

Yes, at the top right of the website you should use ‘vendor search’ and you can search there.

Seller set up external reviews on Google/Trustpilot or Facebook. If they have dome this you will see the link on their shop which will take you to leave a review.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact the seller to discuss your options. They will have policies on their shop. Be advised that some items such as personalised items and earrings cannot be returned.

There are a number of possible reasons why you cannot proceed to purchase.

  1. You have not filled out all the mandatory information boxes, so your order won’t submit.
  2. Seller does not ship to your address outside the UK
  3. The seller is on holiday and the shop is set to holiday mode.
